Overton Limited assisted these clients through the entire process - from planning and design through to build completion. We understand building your own home is a special process and we aim to make it as stress free as possible. This luxury, detached 4/5 bedroom home set on a beautiful wrap around plot has become the perfect forever family home.

The owners of this beautiful farmhouse chose us to undertake a full renovation and two storey extension. The original part of the house dates back to the 18th century so we helped the owners seamlessly blend contemporary design with the history of the farmhouse. This included a modern kitchen set under a beautiful vaulted ceiling and boutique hotel style bathrooms By creating extra space with bright and airy rooms and a full renovation throughout the property, the farmhouse has been transformed.

This 1930's home near the center of Norwich has undergone a full renovation, with a two storey extension and loft conversion. The Overton team created a stunning new kitchen space in the ground floor extension, now light and airy with sunshine streaming in through the roof light, and a first for us...a glitter ball. All the remaining rooms have been given a new lease of life and new bathrooms added a touch of luxury. Converting a derelict barn into a stunning country home. It's fair to say this barn had seen better days, but set in beautiful countryside the owners had a vision for the sanctuary it could become. A vision which we shared. They asked Overton Limited to convert and extend the barn to create a modern 3 bedroom home and they were delighted with the outcome. With spacious, open plan living and bespoke details such an impressive double sided fireplace, we worked with the clients to ensure we could deliver their dream in time and on budget.

We were also able to put the spark back into the entire exterior of the property with a modern face lift and make this home stand out from the crowd.
